Wye Valley Brewery is Herefordshire’s leading producer of real ales. When we first met, they had an unsatisfactory relationship with a local IT support provider, who weren’t resolving their issues. The disruptions to the business had increased as problems began to occur more frequently.
Our solution
We offered to provide a comprehensive review and analysis of the company’s systems. As part of our review, we spoke to every member of the Wye Valley Brewery team about the issues they were experiencing. We developed a strategy to resolve these issues. Developing a robust and reliable system that would help Wye Valley Brewery meet their goals and objectives, both now and in the future.
In our client’s words…
“We’ve worked with Kieran Thomas and Priority IT for around five years,” says Michelle Norton, the company’s Commercial Manager. “Previously we had been using another IT provider. But we felt they had become complacent and things weren’t working out. We were growing as a business, and our existing computer system couldn’t cope. We needed a more robust system that could support us as our business grew.
“It was time to make a major investment in our IT system, and we needed a new IT company to help us do it right. Kieran was recommended to us and we got on immediately. He seemed to grasp our needs quickly, and he knows how to talk to our staff in a way they’ll understand.
“Kieran assessed our current system and recommended improvements that would give us a robust, reliable system and a good platform for our business to grow in the future.
“Initially we were concerned that Priority IT aren’t local to us – we’re in Herefordshire, they’re in Wiltshire – but the distance has never been an issue. Kieran carries out regular site visits to ensure our computer system is contributing to the success of our business, and we recently met Vince – another member of the team. They’re not just unknown voices at the end of the phone.
“Priority IT recently updated our server to accommodate more users, consolidating three old servers into one faster, more efficient server. Kieran visited on Friday to set everything up, then worked remotely over the weekend to keep disruption to a minimum. He then returned on Monday to sort out any teething issues.
“Priority IT understand our business, and they’ve helped us to grow. Whatever the problem – however large or small – it’s good to have them on our side.”
