Priority IT believe that cyber security is about more than just technology. It’s also about having the right processes, policies and controls in place to protect your business. That’s why we’re delighted to announce that we have achieved IASME Cyber Assurance Level One, adding to our existing Cyber Essentials Plus certification and further strengthening our commitment to cyber security excellence.

Going beyond Cyber Essentials Plus

Cyber Essentials Plus independently verifies that an organisation has effective technical controls in place to defend against common cyber threats. By achieving IASME Cyber Assurance Level One, we have taken this a step further by demonstrating a structured approach to managing cyber security risks across the business.

  • This certification covers areas such as:
  • Information security policies
  • Risk management
  • Access controls
  • Security awareness
  • Business processes and governance

Together, Cyber Essentials Plus and IASME Cyber Assurance provide reassurance that security is embedded throughout our organisation, not just within our technology.

Why this matters to our clients

As an IT provider, we help businesses across Wiltshire and the South West improve their security, achieve compliance, and protect their operations from evolving cyber threats.

Achieving IASME Cyber Assurance Level One demonstrates that we apply the same standards to our own business that we recommend to our clients. It reflects our commitment to continual improvement and gives our customers confidence that they are partnering with a company that takes security seriously

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of the entire Priority IT team – so, a big thank you to everyone. We’re proud of this milestone, but even more excited about continuing to help our clients build secure, resilient and well-protected businesses.
